My professional experience can best be described as looking for opportunities for improvement within any organization. I began as a quality blackbelt, utilizing principles of six sigma to reduce warranty expense, re-work, and labor costs generated through manufacturing and assembly processes. Next, I joined a management consulting firm where I utilized business process improvement methods to improve efficiencies, improve the continuity of management operating systems, and strengthen the ability of the management team to deliver on planned revenue and cost forecasts. Finally, I took the initiative to study NLP and Miller Heiman sales performance methodologies in order to better lead performance improvements within sales and customer service departments.

My specialties include using proven and creditable methodologies to deliver step change improvements to any organization. In addition, my consulting practices engage and excite of the leaders and personnel within the organization to ensure performance improvement sustainability.
