Steve White is an advanced trainer who works primarily within four spheres: training delivery, change management, leadership development and advanced sports coaching. He operates within both Europe and North America. He is currently overseeing the delivery of training within a multi-disciplinary environment with a multi million dollar budget and some 100+ staff.
Steve's focus is split between the delivery of training output and the development and implementation of new, accelerated learning techniques utilising simulation and 3D, computer generated models coupled with small group coaching. He is a NLP Master Practitioner whose ability to blend leadership, change mangement, learning theory and NLP have led to results that have generated both time and dollar savings in the region of 20-25% of budget and returns on investment of 17-20% with no impact on training delivery. He also specialises in leadership development and mentoring.
He will be speaking on the role of NLP in removing the roadblocks to the pursuit of excellence.
