The Leadership Panel

Our leadership panel are passionate about developing leadership ability in themselves and others.  They are managers, coaches and consultants with wide, deep experience in helping people move in the right direction. With NLP in their toolkits, they tackle tough issues as leaders and as wise counsel for other leaders.  Here are some of the questions they might be exploring at the symposium:

1) In your experience, what do leaders believe about possibility and how do they influence others to share their belief?

2) How do you lead others to believe that choice (among possibilities) is a good thing?

3) When do leaders need to seek possibility and when do they need to guide people away from it?

The leadership panel will be moderated by NLP Master Practitioner, Mike Verhey

Speakers:

Ann Jagan Performance Driven Leadership

Christine Laperriere The Possibilities that Rest in a Leader

What is a leader? What is the difference between a leader and everyone else? How do a leader's beliefs impact a situation? Christine will explain the concept of a "Leader in Motion" and ask you to review your own life to see if you are a Leader in Motion.

James Perly  Creating and Living in a World of Possibility

Ron Vereggen:  Leadership Rocks!

Are leaders born or can anyone become a leader? The secret to becoming a leader is that you need to build a great foundation. Do you know what rocks you should use? In this dynamic presentation Ron will show you the 3 key rocks required to build the foundation of an outstanding leader. Are you ready to rock your world?

Sheri Andrunyk: Leadership and Possibility

Leadership, at its most fundamental, productive and influential level is about ‘leading yourself’.  Then leading and inspiring others can happen quite organically, at least in part, since you are ‘showing or modeling successful behaviour’ not just ‘telling or teaching’ others what to do.

Sheri will inspire you to be more ready ... and to act on YOUR possibility!
